One factor that a lot of us over look on this hole is the lack of effect head and side winds have due to the fact that the green is totally surrounded by trees. It takes slightly more distance that you think due to this fact. Adding T/S is a good start.
Are you factoring the wind also, this will make a big difference, It you take off 15 feet, and you have a 10 mile per hour head wind, you should add back about 5 yards. this should get you closer I think.

No actually not on this hole. You have to adjust about 1/2 what you normally do for head winds and cross winds. This green is completely surrounded by trees and it makes a big difference on how you play the winds. Plus it affects the shot much less as the shot descends, as it starts out above the trees due to the elevated tee then drops below the trees as it descends and causes the winds to affect it much less.
