  Just give him a view he will never want to see again, that should keep him in his own back yard. Did that once in the 70's on base housing when I was in the Air Force. Had a little peeping Tom who thought my wife was hot. Gave him a reason to run. Even the dog laughed.

  magivney. if your neighbor is in fact "peeping" into your home. get photographic evidence. It isn't what you suspect, or think you know. It is "WHAT YOU CAN PROVE." As far as the computer hacking goes. try the local police the fbi or homeland security.

  And I agree with YankeeJim - a potato works a treat, we used to do that as kids - oh but I am reformed now.

  I always found that when my flash went off on my camera and he couldn't see it was time to let Sweetie my Doberman out. Works every time.   :-))

  If he is hacking you computer , get off the WIFI and get a hard line , This will also make the meter smoother

  Then close the blinds .

   Or have your wife stand over you as you lay on the floor covered in ketchup with a knife in her hand
