I am a ding style'er who occasionally hits the ding. I move the cursor...... set my putter scale larger....so I don't have more than a 50% meter length.....and try my damnest to ding it. A one line miss either side of the ding mark is just as expected and can be the result about 25% of the time.

I feel I have a pretty good idea of how to read the breaks and adjust for height.....and do occasionally drop 20 ft. + bombs.

It seems I am consistently "just" missing by a ball width or so and am stuck with the thought in my head that a different putter might make the difference.

I use the Rossa right now but feel one of these three putters might be right for me.

    Ghost-Spider Level 92

    Nike Level 77

    Max Control Level 80

Any thoughts would be appreciated...... Thanks.

    Hac.

Don't forget the master+ Max Control either. All of those you mentioned and the Master+ Max control are very good putters. But no matter which one you chose there will be a learning curve as the scales of all those putters are slightly different than the Daytona. But remember a better putter won't automatically make you a better putter. Even the starter putter in the right hands is lethal but even the best putter in the hands of a poor putter such as myself is only mediocre at best. Now I'm not saying you are a poor putter just that no putter in its own right will make you a great putter. It is something you really have to work at.

Thanks.... I guess I am searching for the one with the little extra "forgiveness".

I figure I'll still be mediocre at best......just hoping to be top notch mediocre.....lol.

If you're looking at forgiveness then you need the nike...I used the lower level version for a while and made many putts even when I missed the ding...

I see you are with the Rossa now. Why...Are you hitting more dings? Ya see....part of my thinks the Rossa is still the best for me.

    So confused....so very....very....confused......lol.

    Hi there,

I feel I can vouch for the lvl 77 nike, it has great all round stats and seems equal  in them as well, I feel this putter runs very true and with good forgivness and meter speed it is deadly when played correct.

As you play ding and move marker then this will  suit you, I moved from the lvl 35 ghost and was going to wait till the 92 ghost before changing putters but I rented  the nike on free rental and loved it, I can honestly say I make more putts now than i did with the lvl 35 ghost.

Some folk don't like the 10ft scale but i find it hits the ball brilliant on downhill slidy puts, it seems a nice very soft scale and hits the ball like a soft putter would meaning it rolls how it should without a jump on impact, for most other putts i use the 20ft scale or the 50ft.

    Hope this helps

What happened with me is I do hit the ding a lot...so with the nike's precision...sometimes the putt would go offline even with a hit ding...the rossa has given me the precision accuracy I wanted and I think you should continue using it
