  Thanks again for the comments ( Zima, I posted to your wall). I will probably not get a chance to re-visit this thread until Christmas morning. As of this writing, only one player has equipped their gifts, lol, though many  continue to play daily . In order to remain anonymoose, I've decided to let them discover them in their own time, should be interesting to see how long it takes. Merry Christmas all, and if you're a Hack or an Amature, you may want to take a look under the tree :)

  Well now, here it is a brand new year, and I see that of the 10 wedge sets gifted, still only one has been equipped. This poses a dilemma. Do I notify the recipients, or do I  continue to wait 'til they find them themselves ? Hmmmm.

  Wish I had seen this prior to giving all ten sets away as she seems to fit the criteria, unfortunately, my largess is limited. But, you never know when someone else will step up.

  Your generous spiit will probably be noticed sooner or later. Just hope the folks discoverit before the buy new wedges. 

  I have a feeling that it is taking so long for them to discover it is that those of us in the lower levels really have little need to check our "available" clubs to reoutfit as the only alternatives we have are to go back to the free starter clubs.

  Yep, I believe that and  not being involved in the forums has been the hold up, coupled with the fact that the recipients are not on my friends list which means they didn't get an e-mail about their gifts, lol.  Okay, so's, I know a guy who knows a guy who knows a moose who's about to make them an offer they can't refuse, lol, an' at least this way they might get to use them before next Christmas.

  They all get the email notification that player X (enter name) sent them a Y (enter another name, lol) item. But they do not get the notification in their message box. So, if they're not using some bogus or seldom used email account to register, they should all know they were bitten by the gifting bug.
