    Corwyn:

    Aaarrggghhh....

Guys, same thing's happened again with you. Screenshot is missing the very bottom area, the part that shows the Uneven Lie grid. EDIT: not a problem (see below): fairway grid adequate for lie conditions, but would be nice to see Clubs clearly.

Any chance you captured a complete screenshot, Tim?

Also, please post the Scorecard. It's far more informative than just the Scoring tab of the Stats. I know it's an extra screenshot, but the Front and Back 9 Cards do tell us all how you achieved your score, and we can even figure out which pins you got based on the distances.

I know what I did wrong...it's my fault...I remember now from the WGF Tour...my issue is I have the task bar on popup at the bottom of my screen, and when I click on the clubs, then open my task bar to get to my "snipping tool", it loses the clubs shown.....what I need to do is move the task bar to the side of my screen, then it doesn't interfere.

I can't print screen, for some reason it does not work for me (I know how to do it...but can't on this laptop)...why I use the snipping tool.

Hopefully Tim got a club shot and cards...knew I should have gotten the cards...dang,

    Hi James,

I did find it hard to read the stats pages at the end though... I'm sure I might be missing some Viewer Setting adjustment, but I couldn't see how to make it higher resolution.

I was viewing it with the Expanded Screen view, but the quality just wasn't quite sharp enough.

    Cheers, Corwyn

I'll take some screen grabs of the stats pages but I expect I'll record the round just for ease.

    J

I've got the screenshots for the stats at the end if needed. It's safe to say that being +5 after 5 holes at Oak isn't the best of plans...........78 final score.

Many thanks to Gary for marking for me. Joe will need someone to spot his round.

Things can (hopefully) only get better!

    Thanks,

I can tell you I went into the edge of the bunker on 5? (short par 4) and had the "red" 45 degree angle shot...and came out way left still in the 40/50 pitched out terrible to the back fringe..chipped up to 2.9 feet...cool...bogey saver..and my putt came up short!!!!..that was my double bogey.

A few short-ish missed birdie putts inside 10 kept me scrambling, but Tim and I had a great time!

Thanks Tim! Screenshots all present and correct.

Mike: you birdied #15... That's pretty noteworthy. How'd you manage it? Was that your 17 ft putt?

I think that was around the 3rd or 4th beer...but 15 was a long putt from above the hole:)

    Tim,

Thanks for getting the scorecards up!!

Just wanted to do a Status Check on the first round:

With just 3 1/2 days left to complete Round 1 (deadline midnight PST Sunday 1/20), it's great to see so many players (23) already posted on the leaderboard.

Pairings still to play Round 1 are:

johehejo  &  Corwyn (scheduled for Fri am PST, Fri early eve GMT)

    PUHOLINO  &  Kurtsbuford

    Wassernixe  &  FairwayRuepel68

    hyena64  &  bhoese

    Phaxda  &  franbo

Franbo has been called out of town on business for a week, and may have to withdraw; Phaxda: please see my WallPost messages, and post here to suggest a time that would work for you to have a marker play with you.

    joewaters will need a marker.
Joe, please post a time here that works for you, and let's see if a marker can play with you.

acegolfnut  to play with a marker
Ace: we still don't have any times for you or a response of any kind from you, so it's hard to know how to pair you up, or if you're still interested; please see spreadsheet for those that have volunteered to be a marker, and connect with someone with good times that match; and please post in this thread so we know you're covered.

Thanks everyone. Please remember that St Andrew's is open for the 2nd Round starting Saturday 1/19, so feel free to set up your second round games as early as this weekend if you wish. Same playing partners for Round 2 (for 3rd and 4th round, we will re-pair players based, as closely as possible on leaderboard position).
