Those aren't quite what I wanted, I hope they'll do.  Let me know if they need to link to the larger images.

I missed the B9 card, hopefully the scoring tab will suffice.

    Hey everybody....

I am quite sad right now, played my second round with my playing partner. The wind was really tough (headwind at #2,#4,#7,#14,#15,#18) and I had some nightmare final holes... ended up with a very bad round of -1 although being already -4 after 13 holes. Get the putters on a go and a nice wind set and the 65 is definitely possible.

Have fun with this round, the top of the leaderboard will be crowded after it i guess.

    Cheers, Hans

Once again it was a pleasure to play with Hans. Hans was playing real well until I think the windburn got to him. Me I just fell apart. I hope the players behind us get better wind conditions then what we had. Starter putter is nothing but trouble in my book but maybe round 3 will be better.

Not to seem rude or anything, but can I opt out of this tourny? I really haven't been enjoying it at all. Weather its the fact I just cant seem to get comfortable to play it, or the starters equipment or the simple fact putting fusterates me too much. This event really aint for me. Im sorry to everyone for wasting your time.

Not rude at all, Devon! I really much prefer it to have a player be honest with themselves, and pull out if it's not working for them.

I'm especially grateful that you've told us in the thread, rather than just disappearing. It really saves time for everyone involved to communicate clearly. Thank you!

(And p.s., I don't think anyone's 'comfortable' playing this format. It's bloody difficult... but it's supposed to be. It's a different kind of challenge, that forces us to grind our way around these courses as we've never had to before.)

    ---------------

Gary (Woodoworkery), you were Devon's playing partner. I'll take a fresh look at the Availability Chart in light of this WD, and the others, and come up with some new pairings for those affected.

I would be willing to play with Woodoworkery. I'm helping him in another way would make it convenient for the both of us.

Gary (Woodoworkery) & Jure (Puholino): for 2nd Round, you should pair up, as you've got great time overlap.

Phil (Phaxda): as our odd man out at this point, we'll hook you up with a marker for 2nd round (unless franbo returns in time to continue; I will allow him a late first round if he can fit it in soon). FYI: I know for sure that I can mark for you weekday mornings 9:30-noon PST.

First page post is now updated with these changes... Now, it's time for sleep!

Just a quick thank you to everyone for getting your 1st Rounds in on time: quite an achievement with 31 players... and a Huge Thank You to all of you that stepped up to be markers. Very much appreciated!!!

And my apologies for being a little slow on forum replies. Weekends are not good for me, and I'm snowed under with some volunteer work projects.

Good night, and good luck with Round 2. Our leader may be unhappy with his score at St. Andrew's, but Hans has still posted another under par round and once again set a marker for us all! Can anyone catch him... ?

Thanks for your offer, Shiner, but let's stick with Woodo and Puholino as the pairing.
