I'd normally defend WGT's decision making as the majority of the times, the changes they make are normally for the greater good in the long-run. This update is quite astonishing however and does make you concerned whether the management team are listening in anyway or form to their user base.

Having taken a reasonable break for the last three months, I'd come into the New Year prepared to put in a bit more time with the game. Removing the good bits of the Elite Collection and replacing them with options which are frankly ridiculous is only going to push longer-term players away.

Hmmmmmmm let me think....what's the best use for that spare $5000 which I've got in my bank account? I know - I'll buy a custom made avatar on an online golf game to wow my nearest and dearest with..........

..........GIVE US MORE REASONS TO WANT TO STAY, NOT GO!

500,000 credits for an avatar !!!!!

If anyone has that amount of credits spare with nothing to spend them on , here are some suggestions -

buy your friends a set of L90 R11 irons , that way you could treat 167 of them .

or buy each friend a sleeve of L71 nike balls , you'll need a lot of friends though - 1,111 .

or buy each friend an avatar from the pro shop , even if they choose the the most expensive , you can treat 625 of them .

or , don't feel like sharing , play 18 holes on Cabo  at 60 credits for the green fee a total of 8,333 times !

CTTH at Lanai very nice. But if my memory serves me correctly, and it usually does, I thought that CTTH was in the Upcoming Product Releases a couple of years ago.
