Damn Speed Boost Won't Turn OFF

  Is anyone have trouble turning the speed boost off the they gave us. All of a sudden mine won't turn off I tried everything

  When you turned it to None , are you shure you then clicked Save .

  I had same problem when doing the 30 mile an hour in my face all round tourney lmao I sear St Andys got to be the LONGEST straight line course on the planet, no wonder I scored a 74. I double check my setting and said I had it off (Or None in this case)

  What I did and seemed to work was click the Normal Setting for the Booster then Saved it. After doing this I went back in settings and changed to the None option and saved it. "Poof" no more booster.

  Hope this helps with anyone having problems.

  ...which points to an unknown bug:

  The boost, gifted through the new Nation tourney, is active while the settings show "none" = inactive.

  From the last similar gifts I remember that the setting became "normal" automatically. Simple deactivation would turn it off.

  Now it's one step more from an unclear situation.

  In German we call this "Verschlimmbessern", a non-dictionary combination of "making worse" and "making better", => To worseimprove? To worsebetter? To betterworsen?

  Sometimes I think they have a department for that general task... ;)

  Or maybe even a

  "WGT Vice President Betterworsening"?

  I have a similiar problem or it may be the same problem.  On my profie page to the right of my name is a lite blue lightning bolt - makes me think I have a boost somewhere- but not when I'm playing.  Cannot figure out how to delete it or turn it off.  Any one have a solution?

  You have a boost, presumably from a former gifting action by WGT. The bolt is there as long as there are shots left.

  I have this bolt and a wee ruler (for putter pal) next to my Nation flag - look it up.

  Oh, you don't see it? Neither do I see your bolt - obviously it's information private to each player.
