  Greetings,

  I will try my best to get my matches played within the time frame but i would like to ask this question but because of time diff may be tricky
  

  2nd Part starting Monday 18th

  I am online for long periods over weekends & next week i work very early hours

  If i see my Player & he was to agree is this a possibility to play before this date perhaps over this coming weekend ?

  I thanks you for your appreciement and at same time I'm very very sorry for your difficult because you will understand that the show must go on...

  I'm happy for you since in the worldwide chrisis you have the chance to work so much, but this (happy for you) circumstance hurt against the right progress of the tourney.

  If a match is played out of the right time,all subsequent matches will be played out of the right time, with obvious bad consequences on the tourney progress.

  Please, read the message which I have sent to all 32 qualified players and which I publish in my next message in this thread.

  I believe and I hope you can play the 1st and all your game of the 2nd part.

  Dear player,
  
  I write you this message since you are qualified to the 2nd part of the Easter 2013 Trophy. Your cooperation is needed to the easy and correct progress of the tourney.
  
  In the 2nd and in the 3rd parts is very important that you know and remember the Rules that you had accepted at the moment of your subscritpion request:
  
  ABOUT WHEN PLAY THE GAMES
  1) every player must agree date and hour to play the game together his current opponent (to do that, it's useful reciprocally concede the WGT™ friendship and anytime contact the current opponent);
  2) to help you to agree date and hour to play the game is available the Calendar of game and your own Bracket (see on Groups page) ; warning: courses and dates of the games of the low-side of the Bracket are not shown in the Bracket - you will find it on the Mainpage;
  3) each game is played by a player "owner" and its "host" (the "owner" is the first of pair; in example: Player #1 VS Player #2 = Player #1 is the "owner" and Player #2 is the "host"); in case of absence of the "owner", win the "host"; in case of absence either of the "host" OR of both players, win the "owner"; that's true also in case of NOT PLAYED game (within the admitted dates), due to any reason. The show must go on ;-)
  4) maximum admitted delay from the agreed date and hour: 20 minutes; past this time, the game will be assigned according to the previous § 3;
  5) The games played outside of the timetable will not be validated: keep a constant line of behavior is the only way to avoid confusion and some unpleasant accidents.
  
  ABOUT WHERE PLAY THE GAMES
  6) the "owner" will create the game according the Rules (see Mainpage) and will invite the "host" (warning: courses and dates of the games of the low-side of the Bracket are not shown in the Bracket)
  
  REMEMBER
  7) the WINNIER will take the screenshot(s) of the SCORECARD(S) > will save it / they in his PC > will send it / they at webgolfersclub@gmail.com; please don't publish the screenshot(s) by yourself elsewhere; thanks.
  8) thanks to your kind collaboration this tourney will be truly exciting and will go on very nicely; thank you !
  9) in case of needs, don't hesitate to write at webgolfersclub@gmail.com - but NOT at the "MarkOne56" nick WGT™ inbox, because only through this very address MarkOne56 can easily and fasterly manage anything
  
  OPTIONALS
  10) we will appreciate very much all pairs of players who will allow to us to broadcast their game(s) in live on our WGC Livestream channel; in that case(s), will be needed that the pair play the matchplay in strokeplay mode (but calculating the score like in matchplay mode), so that we will "send" our cameraman in the course; we will never ask to a player to play noone so important match with the camera "on its own shoulder".

  Stimato Concorrente,
  
  ti invio questo messaggio perché ti sei qualficato alla seconda parte del Easter 2013 Trophy. La tua cooperazione è necessaria per consentire un agevole e corretto progredire del torneo.
  
  Nella seconda e nella terza parte è molto importante che tu conosca e ricordi il Regolamento che hai accettato al momento della richiesta di iscrizione:
  
  QUANDO DISPUTARE LE SFIDE
  1) ogni Concorrente dovrà concordare data ed ora dell'incontro con il proprio avversario di turno (per fare questo, sarà utile scambiarsi l'amicizia e contattare l'avversario di turno);
  2) per aiutarti a fissare data ed ora dell'incontro sono disponibili le pagine Calendario ed il tuo Bracket (vedi alla Pagina dei Gruppi); fai attenzione: campi e date della parte bassa del Bracket non sono visibili nel Bracket - li trovi nella Pagina principale)
  3) ogni game ha un "proprietario" ed il suo "ospite";  il "proprietario" è il primo dei due; ad esempio: Player #1 contro Player #2 = Player #1 è il "proprietario" e Player #2 è l' "ospite"); in caso di assenza del "proprietario", vince l' "ospite"; in caso di assenza dell' "ospite" o di entrambi, vince il "proprietario"; sarà così anche in caso di PARTITA NON DISPUTATA (entro la data-limite prevista), per qualunque ragione. The show must go on ;-)
  4) è ammesso un ritardo massimo di 20 minuti rispetto al momento concordato dai due giocatori; scaduto anche questo tempo, il game sarà assegnato secondo quanto esposto al precedente § 3;
  5) Le partite giocate al di fuori dei tempi di Regolamento non saranno convalidate: tenere una chiara linea di comportamento è la sola via per evitare confusione e spiacevoli incidenti.
  
  DOVE DISPUTARE LE SFIDE
  6) Il "proprietario" del game creerà il gioco secondo Regolamento (vedi la Pagina principale) e inviterà l' "opsite" (fai attenzione a quanto detto sopra circa i games della parte bassa del Bracket)
  
  RICORDA
  7) Il VINCITORE del game dovrà prendere la/le screenshot(s) della/delle SCORECARD(S) > dovrà salvarla/e nel proprio PC > dovrà spedirla/e a webgolfersclub@gmail.com; chiedo cortesemente di NON pubblicare la/le screenshot(s9 altrove; grazie.
  8) grazie alla tua cortese collaborazione questo torneo potrà dare emozioni e proseguire nel migliore dei modi; grazie !
  9) qualora lo volessi per qualunque ragione, non esitare a scrivere a webgolfersclub@gmail.com - ma non alla inbox WGT™ del nick "MarkOne56" poiché solo attraverso questa casella email possiamo gestire agevolmente e velocemente tutto.
  
  OPTIONALS
  10) apprezzeremo estremamente chiunque ci permetterà di trasmettere in diretta una o più delle proprie partite sul nostro canale Livestream; in questo caso, i matchplay dovranno essere giocati in modalità strokeplay (ma conteggiando gli scores come nella modalità matchplay), così che noi potremo "inviare" un nostro cameraman in campo; non chiederemo mai a un giocatore di giocare una partita tanto importante con la telecamera "in spalla".

  Are you joking, Steven? If yes, welcome!

  If not, I don't understand your question...

  From the Easter Trophy Mainpage publication, Infos & Rules were edited and comprehensible. I had published a lot of webpages to support the event. There, all could have found what-to-do anything by the start until the end of the tourney.

  In any case, if you are not joking, you will find your Group in this page.

  Furthermore, I suggest all to know and remember the Rules of this Tourney.

  I will not allow anyone to ever affect the progress of a WGC event.

  I think that we all have a right to mutual respect, even more so when we are playing a "game" (something superfluous - maybe; something very useful - maybe).

  In case of needs, ever it's available either Live support (through the little widget that you find in every webpage) and through webgolfersclub@gmail emailbox address.

  Id needed, I remind to all the 32 qualified players that every match can be played inside a "window" of two days. See your own Bracket and contact your current opponent, please.

  The tourney can't go on without your mutual collaboration, Sirs.

  I try to do my better, but the true "engine" of your fun are only you !
