What happened to WGTpizza? He was the Public Forums last hope in supporting the community's questions and concerns.

Nothing against Pizza, but a forum moderator is not the last hope of a company or its product's users.

A company's primary responsibility is its bottom line. A GOOD company addresses that issue with a GOOD product and GOOD support. That approach creates a win/win situation for the company and its customers and reduces the need for someone to put out the fires of user discontent.

I would agree whole heartily if of course we were not discussing WGT,,lol. I've said exactly what you said many of times. You just summed it up using far less words than I do,,lol.
