For those of you who don't know, there was a flash update today. So if you use Chrome as your browser here it might be a good idea to check and see if the update didn't enable pepper flash again.

I tested the 3 browsers I use to play here. Comodo Dragon,SRWare Iron and Maxthon 3 and all three worked very well with the new version of flash. But most of us know that Chrome often reverts to Pepper flash after an update even if we have it disabled. I just thought it would worth letting you know just in case Chrome reverted to pepper flash.

    hyena64:

Thanks. pepperflash has been self enabling for about a week now. I've followed every instruction from within Chrome to outside avenues to stop it from this practice. Every time I log back on, it's enabled, along with good old last spring's model which I want. I just disable it every time I log on. And no, I still don't want to switch browsers, thank you. No big deal.

This is how to permanently stop auto updates in Chrome:

    disable chrome automatic updates

The first  few holes after the update were pretty brutal. But I'm not sure if it's because it was a multi player game (skins) or what.

Meters been 98% silky since. But when it bites, it bites hard.

borntobesting,  How did you update maxthon with the new flash? I can't find any useful info.

I still have version 11,5,502,110 installed on Maxthon. I updated flash easily on  firefox.

    Thanks

You do not have to update Maxthon with the new flash according to their website, as it is done automatically
