  will someone please tell me if there is a postage charge for these items to UK, or are there any other 'hidden' charges like customs etc that are not mentioned?

  Is 12,000 credits ALL  I will have to pay for a cap or is there a cash charge that they only tell you about once you have paid your credits for an item?

  well they (British customs) have just asked me for £11.28!  before I can recieve my item - well it will be going back to sunny old USA!

  anyway the item I ordered is going back to Wgt in USA as I am not prepared to pay the outrageous customs charges in UK!

  I wish I had been told about these!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  As they say you should always check your customs department of taxs/duties before ordering anything oversea`s as every country has there own laws and charges & taxes with importants from oversea`s.

  Not up to WGT to check this for you, UK has always had an import tax on everything coming in from oversea`s.

  When i owned my business a large % of my cutomers lived in the UK and to get around the important tax UK charges I would mark the customs docket as GIFT value $1 <<<< easy to get around. But WGT should not haft to do this (unless requested)

  so why cant WGT just remind UK players  cof the utoms charge - it would save alot of trouble and expense and in my case, heart ache.   I wasnt aware o thecustoms charge and I am sure many others wont be!    Underhand of wgt to not forwarn o such things if they know of them.   why isnt customer satisfaction a priority, or is it they just dont care?
