    +1 I have suggested this elsewhere to - a novel idea having asked for the list!

    Last I looked though all I could see was 215 flying pig squadron outside my window.  Sorry WGT but gets a bit old.

    We had 1 that I can remember. It was maybe 1 1/2 to 2 years ago. For 3 days all XP's were doubled. I'm not sure if the boost bars increase all XP's as I have never used them. But the consecutive day bonus that weekend was doubled to 1760 XP's and that really helped.But even with WGT giving us double XP's all weekend there were people who complained about getting that instead of a sleeve of balls. Even though if you had to buy enough Bars to do that it would have cost well over 10000 credits. You just can't please some people.

    The XP boosts indeed double any XPs obtained in their duration, and more.

    Max usage of a one-hour boost is to buy it just before the last shot of an 18 hole tournament game which will release the full CDP bonus. On finishing the round you will get double share of the 400 tournament XPs and 880 CDP XPs.

    Then do what you like for the rest of the hour but be sure to start another game before it's over. Save that round and wait until the next day (GMT) to finish it. Thus you'll get another double share like before.

    It was one year ago this coming weekend for the US Open and Father's Day.  XPs were not doubled as you say, but a 50% bonus was given.

    Not true.  Here's the original post by WGT Wildcat announcing the 50% bonus weekend.

    Not a single complaint about getting the bonus!  Please try to get your facts right.  Especially  when dissing the WGT community?

    I was looking for a place to throw my $ .02 suggestions in and this looked like an appropriate place.

    1) Allow a player to save 1 round when receiving an invite.  Many times I have been invited to play while enjoying a decent round but would like to take advantage of the invite. Too many times I've left the round to join the "invite" only to have the invite cancelled after I have left my round and lost the round.

    2) Allow all players to"read the green" (see the dots - breaks- and slope of the green) no matter who is over the ball.  As in real golf, all players are planning their putts while waiting their turn.

    Replays need better selections of camera angles. I have saved replays of chip-ins from just off green, and medium-length putts into the cup, where I used the "reverse" view to set up the shot... but in the replay the reverse view is not available. Sometimes 3 or 4 different angles from the mile-high camera are tossed in, making up to 6 angles viewable but none of them are very good. IMO it's never necessary to use more than 2 or 3 aerial views of a shot. Even for a stupendously long HIO, the only aerial views needed would be behind the player toward the hole, behind the hole toward the player, and a right angle mid-flight covering the entire shot (which is an angle seen on WGT only very rarely, if ever). Often 2 of the aerial views shown are so similar it's hard to tell them apart at first glance. What's the point of that?

    Also, in the "live" view when a long putt misses the hole, often the last view shown is a few seconds of an aerial view of an ant-sized avatar and maybe a dot for the ball, where it stopped... the flag is hidden and the hole can't be seen. IMO this is another example of a pointless use of a camera angle that adds nothing to anyone's experience of the game. As an alternative, this same angle would make a good part of an excellent 3-shot montage, thus: start with the standard player view of the avatar for the swing, cut to the mile-high view to show the majority of the length of travel of the putt (making sure the hole and ball are actually visible in the shot, perhaps exaggerating their sizes a bit so they take up at least several pixels), then cut to the green reverse view or a different green view before the ball drops in or passes the hole and stops.
