  on the game screen it tells me that there is "x" amount of surveys available i click on to it attempt the surveys and get disqualified , so i play another game and return to gamescreen and the same thing happens !! what's with this ? does WGT care ?

  You can turn that notification OFF in your game options.... what you don't know, you won't miss.

  is there a way to contact trial pay other than their support tab. that only work on surveys completed but not on the ones you complete and then get kicked out of. i have completed several of these surveys - the success window comes up and no credit for doing the survey - let alone credits !! WGT please step up.

  You're completing 7 surveys a day? Holy Mother of God dude. I'm lucky if I'm allowed to complete that many in a week! Usually, after getting booted out of a dozen or more, I might get to complete 2 or 3 a day at most. Then I can't even get into any more, much less complete them. And for the record, I'm an American, so no special privilege there.

  A similar problem here I'm afraid.

  I'm retired (over 65), but continually get the elbow from surveys once I have completed the age question.

  That smells of ageism to me.
