Getting my copy of TW '14 tomorrow for the PS3.Was wondering how many of you play the TW game also.Would be neat to create a WGT players Country Club, if there is enough of us.

Ill be purchasing that copy in the next few weeks. I am sure it will be a breath of fresh air.

Just dont compare that game to this one as they both have their good and bad points. But keep in mind EA has tons more experience in a golf sim then WGT does so I am sure there will be alot of people on this site that play both games.

Real Golf sim enthusiast will anyway.

Been playing Ea Sports T/W for many years on both Xbox consoles before I found this site. Recently picked up a copy of 2013 real cheap in a pawn shop and liked it. Could not believe the first game I played on it was the Kiawah course and parred it; guess I owe that to my experience playing that course here on WGT. And I am sure this one will be pretty good with real live weather implemented on each course. Even made a home made club for the kinect to play it with. Real easy, just buy a used club from the second hand shop and saw it down to size. Then if you like add some weight to it ( about 15 oz) inside before gluing a soft rubber practice ball at the end. Works great!

Tip: use a graphite club, it's way easier to cut down to size.

But have to say WGT is the best real simulator I have played so far.

Last T/W game I played was the 2008. I did not like the way it went after that.

I agree. I used to play all the TW games from when they 1st came out and bought it every year. I remember being -10 through the 1st 5 holes on Pebble Beach and went on to shoot 43. I realised then it wasn't the game for me.

It was then i found Wgt. I've never looked back. For all wgt's little quirks it is still the best game anywhere i've seen and it keeps me coming back for more day after day.
