Anytime. As to your list, it's a lot of fun to look at. Some of those TL's have averages that aren't genuine. I don't see a lot of stroke play rounds. And when I do, it's St. Andrew's Front 9 galore! I tend to admire TL's that play a lot of stroke play because that's where the skill level is. I like that you left those TL's in because it should be up to the reader to decide what constitutes a genuine TL and what doesn't. :)
The guy at the top of list had posted on his profile at one time that his goal was to have the lowest average. So he would only finish a ranked round if scoring a 26 or better, and he thought RSG gave him the best chance for that. To each his own goals.
Once you go over 500 ranked rounds as a Tour Legend, the scoring average becomes somewhat bogus, because only the best 500 rounds are used for the average. The more rounds played over 500 the more bogus your average becomes.
For me with 1036 ranked TL rounds played, I need to shoot a 59 (or 29 for 9 holes) to lower my wgt scoring average. For those 1036 rounds my real average is 60.768, which includes relatively easy conditions on CC tournaments but also includes a few UEL tournaments. I have been keeping track of every ranked score I've shot since becoming a Legend, really just to verify how WGT calculates their scoring average.
