What clubs should I get? L28

  Hi, I am level 28 and have around 400 credits to spend and am wondering what clubs would improve my game. I already have the L19 Taylor made spider putter and have a supply of balls. What do you think should be the next move? Thanks

  Look at replacing your wedges ... they will help you around the greens.

  Your stats look very good for your level and the clubs you are using now. I also would suggest the wedges upgrade. With 400 credits you can start off by getting the Ping 200 credits wedges. The level 18 + 54 degree ( 80 yards) & 60 degree ( 60 yards) would help improve your short game and get you closer to the pin. And when you reach level 41-42 you can have all three Ping wedges.

  I agree - start with the wedges. The short game is where you save most shots. Then as you increase tiers and levels, hopefully you will have earned more credits.

  I would say save up your credits and learn the starter clubs. Learn your shots with those so that you skills are even sharper when you do upgrade. I made Master with starter gear and many people do. That is my suggestion.

  I would agree Jack, thats the way I did it to, however with hindsight, a couple of good wedges will make the game a lot easier. Having said that, a slightly better ball such as the Tour SD would help to get a bit more bite. With starters equipment you tend to miss a lot more greens.

  +1 for a custom ball!

  And a vote for a 3WD as a budget replacement of the Starter driver, e.g. lvl 47 Rapture (395 crs).

  Agreed with this, again if I were to do it again this is what I would do, The caveat is provided you are not at masters tier as then a real driver is required.

  At L25 I bought the full set of Ping Raptures.  It helped my game by about 8 strokes.  Went from Hack to Pro in no time.  You would have to invest a little money but to me it was worth it.  Just my 2 cents
