Please WGT, give us a DING answer?

  I still try to ding my shots, and when i do i'm getting pretty fair results overall. I don't consider myself a really high % ding player, but i'm usually pretty close.

  I have definitely hit dinged tee shots where the ball starts out at the flag instead of the aiming point. For me it has not been a major occurrence lately.

  If anything i have been pleasantly surprised by some of my badly missed shots rather than upset with dings as of late. Although, i haven't been playing as much as in the past, maybe i'm just missing more.

  Seriously though cib, you should post a video of your games so when this stuff happens to you, wgt and others could hear your views of certain shots and then actually see what happened. The replay just doesn't show enough shot detail to judge.

  He has been advised to do that in over a million post ive read and i've yet to see a video just replays. And congressional has been pretty accurate for me the last few days havent had any issues there beside me lipping a few putts.

   

  Why should he when its an obvious issue. Its not just him complaining about it. WGT should do their job and those requests would not be necessary. Its almost like saying "ahhh your a liar, Prove it"     Ya know what I mean ?

If it always is happening when you have credits on the line, have you tried playing a free Tourney or just picked a course and played a ranked round and see what happens? I would think for empirical evidence, you'd have to play other than credit games as well. If the game plays perfectly every time you play a non-credit round, then you're truly on to something about the credit games.

  I never play for credits n hardly any RG's and it happens. Dont think thats the cause. Its just a BUG plain n simple. But what I dont understand is why some experience this and not everyone ? Maybe it depends on how much money you spend LOL.

  Quite simply because seeing is believing! As stated previously, the shot replay that wgt currently provides does not show enough details to determine whether the missed shot was due to "user error" or a bug in the game, exc.. 

  It is not necessarily that a player is a liar, more times than not a player can make mistakes when calculating a shot. This can also be an emotional game, so it can be difficult for a player to view his or her own shots objectively. So if others could see the shots, in video form, a more accurate assessment of those shots could be made.

  I never play RG's or match play challenge and I've never felt like some VEM thing did anything to any of my shots. I asked because it's entirely possible that the game parameters are different when credits are on the line. I see Chris plays loads of RG's and MPC so I know he's an expert on credit play. Just was wondering if he ever played non-credit just to test the system for himself and compare.

  I know Chris has been through all the hula hoops on this before and I personally have sent numerous reports and "proof" and no word from WGT so I just gave up and accepted the way it is now. I never try and DING anymore except on Drives and the rare occassional putts when they are straight putts of course.

  If they ever changed the mis ding imaginary BUG then my game would be totally screwed because I am so used to playing it the way it is ...Broken.

  The ding line is 1 pixel. Maybe not exact but that's been a convenient reference for it.  :-)
