Jim's idea of a Tour is great, and IMO very easy to implement. I have set up a "tour" for the CC I am in:

The AllieCats Marathon Stroke PlayTournament - HCP

We will play all the current available courses, both front 9 and back 9.
Scores will be adjusted using the CC handicap formula.
For each round, points will be given to the top 10 finishes (details below).
Players finishing 11th and below will score 1

Each round will be announced individually in a separate thread (which will also contain the overall leaderboard) and will run for 72 hours, over a week-end (so either Fri-Sun, or Sat-Mon), to give all a chance to play.

Please note: each round will be single play only!

    Course details:

Round 1: Bethpage Black Front 9
Round 2: Congressional CC Front 9
Round 3: Kiawah Island Front 9
Round 4: Oakmont CC Front 9
Round 5: The Olympic Club Front 9
Round 6: Royal St George Front 9
Round 7: St Andrews Links Front 9
Round 8: WGT Best of Famous Front 9
Round 9: WGT Best of Hardest Front 9
Round 10: Bethpage Black Back 9
Round 11: Congressional CC Back 9
Round 12: Kiawah Island Back 9
Round 13: Oakmont CC Back 9
Round 14: The Olympic Club Back 9
Round 15: Royal St George Back 9
Round 16 St Andrews Links Back 9
Round 17: WGT Best of Famous Back 9
Round 18: WGT Best of Hardest Back 9

All rounds will be played with moderate wind, tournament green speed and Medium hole locations.

Note: Quote modified to delete CC specific details. Also, we are using a handicap system to give lower tiered players a chance to compete - this would probably not be practically possible for a Nations tour. Points scoring could of course be adjusted to fit a larger number of participants.

I would like to see a WGT Nation only forum section for various topics of the game and other interest that the forum moderators could run and answer our questions. Maybe even have a section for Nation only new releases of course challenges & tournaments. Also would like to see more variants on the monthly Nation putting challenges. Nation only logo balls in the pro shop would be nice to boost the morale & spirit of The Nation members. Also a discount for purchases in the WGT clothing/gift shop would be nice; especially when purchasing in quantity for friends. A WGT Nation Newsletter section. Nation only specials & discounts in the Pro shop. Nation only chat/text lobby for discussions.

I would like to see a WGT non-nation forum section for various topics of the game and other interests that the forum moderators could run and answer our questions. Maybe even have a section for non-Nation only new releases of course challenges & tournaments. Non-Nation logo balls would be nice to boost the moral & spirit of Non-Nation members. Also a discount for purchases in the WGT clothing/gift shop would be nice, especially when purchasing in quantity for friends. A Non-Nation Newsletter section. Non-Nation only specials and discounts in the Pro shop. Non-Nation only chat/text lobby for discussions.

Wow, gotta love the Non-Nation Experience too.. :)

First, start the membership over from scratch.  You guys stated that "WGT NATION is free to join and is by invitation only for WGT Legends and players Level 90 and above"  and ofc high paying customers.  But this has become far from the case.  Too many players are in wgt nation who shouldn't be.  Sorry I don't mean to sound harsh, but this was set up to be exclusive was it not?  Know of many people who have never spent a dime on wgt and don't meet the lvl or tier requirement, but are still a nation member.  Or you could give an explanation as to why it is this way?

Why not separate it in tiers?

It would depend on how many people would sign up for it.  Enough people then of course could break it down into tiers.

Great ideas so far everyone let's keep them coming.

There have been Nation tournaments, almost a year ago. Look into their participation, get an idea.

Most of all, let something happen instead of continuous promises&hope!

BTW: I have two "escalated" support questions open,

Case number 00326039: No answer in one week,

ref:_00DA0YUqj._500G0CHb87:ref: My last mail unanswered for 16 days.

I make no promises on any of these suggestions which I did state in the original posting.  I am going to try and get things added for nation members and will work as hard as I can to get them.  But there will of course be some no's that will be heard and somethings that just can't be done.  So far all of the suggestions have been for the most part reasonable and some may be able to be implemented faster then others.  It won't change over night but a slow steady change is what I am hoping for.

As to your escalated messages, as of last night there were zero messages in the que from members.  Double check your email or possibly spam folder.

+1 Every current who does not meet the criteria , should be removed from the Nation . I became a member when I reached level 90 . Now I see members , who havent even completed 1/2 of the needed levels , and thats not fair. So if its not going to be the way it is supposed to be, then let us as players know. Happy Swinging

What about a WGT Nation Tournament for Nations? Taking the best 20% (or the best #? of players) of the scores, for calculating the ranking each round?  Bye

About the WGT flag i would say if your lev 40 you get a bronze wgt flag, at lev 60 a silver wgt flag and so on.

Another suggestion would be every 75 consecutive days played you get a free ball or something like that.

I like both these ideas. I guess Yoban would be a diamond member :)

Also the consecutive days needs some kind of reward. I've got a friend who's on 700+ days and he's never received anything for that achievement. Come on Wgt, send Spino1 a dozen balls for being an addict :)
