    I just did check, bought a sleeve 2 days ago, played a 9 hole, but it went nowhere and so did 1 ball, because after playing about 34 strokes for that 9, i only have 2 balls left. WTF ?

    Seems you should know exactly, how many shots your ball has, this isnt a real ball, they should be able to tell you, just like they tell you about putterpal, they know exactly how many dollars there getting

    it wasnt a new ball, or they joined a older same ball, or theres a glitch in system.

    Should be number of hits left on balls, instead like the boosters show. The meter from white to red is just unpredictable.

    All these balls were found by just one dog in 1 week of walkies round courses at St Andrews. 800+ 

    Possibly many of them belong to folks here on WGT :)

        Dear WGT,

        I did post this thread in WGT forums, perhaps I should have contacted
        you first about this issue. Big appologies if so.

        I am not asking for free balls or alike, I am simply asking to have,
        the very first RZN ball, (I would like to play with), to have FULL
        live (brand new).

        I trust the ball usage of my very first ball is a bug or alike. I
        just know I have not hit any RZN ball ever,

    Did receive this some days ago.

     

    Dear Eric, 

    It looks like you received 6 packs of these balls as a gift.  Currently it is showing you have 19 balls in your account.  Most likely the ball that is showing usage is that 19th ball and has been played previously.  Let me know if that answers your concerns or if you have any more questions.

     Why did I writte in the threads head...."again"?,

    Last year I was playing  a CC match at Beth, at the tee, in hole 8, I did drive to fairway with my new & very last Calla, found fairway and had to "save & quit". Went back the day after to carry on with the tourne to find out my ball was at halv usage!!! 

    I did complain but never received any answer.

    It is like someone comes and play some rounds using my account, but I have never given my keyword to anyone.

    I am not trying to blame WGT, I just think there is a problem (glitch, bug, etc) when bying stuff, particulary balls. I again feel a bit frustrated this time that the very first new ball I want to play with is alredy used, at least in the balls live graphic.

    An storm in a glass of water?....whatever, when members pay for something new, it ough to be NEW!
