Type your text before bringing pic, or just add returns before bringing in pic. That will drop the pic down within the post, so that you can go back later and add text above the pic. Wherever the flashing cursor is, is where the pic will end up. Just remember to hit return after typing text to drop it down.
To add text below the pic, either click to the right of pic or below pic.
Edit, same as you add text later after posting. Had this pic on computer, none of golfing, so used it to show.
