I joined a dating a dating agency, upgraded to a premium member for 10 Euros, that earned me 8000 credits, refreshed page and bingo, payout straight away, cancelled as the agreement and no problems.

Daft Lad! With girlfriends (whether you're married to them or not, lol), they can be mollified at any time with a nice gift. So go out and buy her a nice gift ... why, you can use the credits you've earned to ... ooops! That won't work.

    WGT-aholic's revenge, hmmmmm?

Got your message in E- mail Shrude and thought I'd try it.......never bothered with offers before and BOOM.....

    1 Go-Daddy offer   2461 credits for 4.31 euros or around £2.50 !!

I never believed the "you can play this game for free" touts before but...seems you probably could with a bit of effort. The free credits will go to my CC Anniversary prize fund ( they thank you )  :-))

Will go try the casino offers...getting bored of my usual site so a change of scenery might be in order.

Any news on that William Hill offer ? A few sporting events coming up in the next few weeks I fancy a flutter on. :)

    Andy

Remember to cancel the domain names before a year is up. I did the same and didn't realise i had to cancel it. It automatically renewed and £34 (about $50) was taken from my account.

Excvellent Al, look for the other one , i think one of the other Offer Providers do a GoDaddy for 4000+ credits?

I cant see GoDaddy offers now as i have completed them.

I always look for them to pop up again , i must have a half a dozen dopey domain names.

    **TIPS**

    • take screen shots of EVERYTHING. Some of these mobs dont pay out as well as they did for me yesterday.
Screen shots of your completed registration - of your successful $ transaction - screenshots of everything they ask as requirements to earn the reward.
    •   Always use an email address that you dont care is SPAMMED.
Hotmail - gmail - yahoo, many offer free email accounts.
    • Keep in mind to keep your real identity accurate, in the event you need to withdraw funds. It takes a LONG time to verify who you are for withdrawal, but just seconds to deposit :)

I think there is an option during the registration process that you can select, manual or auto renewal.

    But yes, good point.

Check after if there is an option to cancel auto renewal.

ps. GoDaddy is a respect domain seller/ host. If you or your friends are in fact looking for a domain name, then why not get theirs for them. You can easily transfer the name to them for ownership.

Their hosting is a bit on the pricey side, however very reliable.

Also consider some of the clever tactics of the 'Domain Squatters'.

People have set up domain names of Famous Brands but misspelt them,

eg; coke cola - bridgestine - dunloop - you get the idea.

The owner of these brands usually buy these names as well and simply 'redirect' to the correct domain.

or buy a name of something this doesn't have their domain name sorted out yet.

    1. Any new invention you have seen on the market ? anything new that looks like it may take off?
    2. A new upcoming actor/ singer?

    Buy the domain name.

They will want it eventually.  Here you can make some BIG $. But it might take years of you renewing the name before it has any value.

V Interesting.....so if my ex aussie g/friend who came to England in 1988 and had seen INXS on a beach with just 40 or 50 other ppl and a large camp fire when no-one had heard of them had registered INXS as a domain name ( I know it was before the w.w.w ) then what ?

Why would they want to buy the name ?

Because it was already a name does that mean they couldn't use same ?

Could she have sold say INXS merchandise without putting up a disclaimer saying it wasn't an official INXS site because she had the name first ?

Just trying to understand the benefits of 'them' buying name or what are the possibilities if 'they' don't and how strong a bargaining chip 'you'd' have if you got lucky enough to land the 'next big things' domain name  :))

    Cheers Andy

A domain name is unique. If I had alcaucin.com reserved and you wanted to use it, you'd have to ask me. And I'd at least want some compensation for my expenses.

This would not imply any rights towards a trademark etc. Nothing more than "I sit on it, pay me to move".
