You failed to mention the software the cheaters use. They should have an open for users and one for nonusers.
If you check my score history you will find anything from 26-27 up to 34-35. I can shoot 27 today in a course and come back 5 hours later and can't get a putt and shots are way out. Just missed a putt from two feet and left one unbelievably short because I used 10 for 10 feet in flat surface, tournament greens... Could have been a good round but wasn't that good.
Now go to my stats and you will see I have 2044+932 games in alternate, and assure you over 60% of those were 18 holes...Count over 300 matches plus many hours of practice and practice... Over a 1000 ranked rounds...plus hundreds I haven't finished. In total, I may have played every course on WGT hundreds or thousands of times... I play a lot of Ready Go's lately and I can be in the top 5 or WD because the game doesn't work in a round. I see many of the top players WD too in some I win or make the top...
Are some cheating? Maybe, but that doesn't mean people have to accuse others of cheating because even in real life there are people that do things and are more successful than myself. I have some low stats that could be even lower if I could hit the meter where I want every time... but there are days or games I can.
