  I just played a multi-player stroke play match with one of my Country Club members and I didn't see a chat button when the game ended, just a main page button. Am I wrong?

  Richard, I believe that's only seen in match play.

  niv is correct. After the match, the 'rematch/chat button' will appear bottom right. As andy pointed out. Then you can chat just like before you start any multi player game. Unless the 'host' hits tee off you'll be able to chat in the 'lobby' for 5 minutes.

   

    If anyone goes to the ladder site, you don't have to play ladder matches, but you'll have to register. Then click on the meet greet tab. It will take you to a 'room' that looks like this ...

  

  This is Main room for setting up games. Other rooms on right, below players names for specific game types, but 'The Lounge' is a good place to chat, trash talk, wait to meet someone & so on.

  i know but i am getting fed up with playing game and poeple disconect on there shot so you can not even finish game should introduce some thing to stop poeple from quiting like two day susspenion from playing game it is pointless playing when you never know if your going to finish[ you to stop these quitters

   that is laughable ,    a business is not about to keep people from accessing their prduct! That would be a stupid business move. Just give them the penalty they are trying  to avoid, say a projection of their round as if they had finished,  that would not solve the problem but would keep people from quitting just  to avoid a bad average.

  Maybe add a chat room to the game cilent?  Shouldn't automatically open but it should be there...

  Well it is now 2014 and we still do not have a chat area.

  I would like to see a chat area too.

  I am here to play WGT on there site, not to be forced to use another site to communicate with friend and CC members.

  Not being able to communicate on wgt, before or after games, (just like real golf), creates the problem of player leaving due to lack of the ability to chat to friends..

  There is a (PGA CD-rom Game) I played for many years (on my own) very much the same as WGT. I joined wgt to be able to play a game i love with other people, and chat with them. Only to be let down, as there is no chat area for us to keep in contact with out beginning a game. Instant chat would be great, much better than waiting for a reply from an email!

  With out a chat area, I might as well go back to the CD-rom game!!

   

  If we all keep on suggesting this chat area to WGT. They would be forced to keep paying customers happy by supplying this area for us. Before we all leave the game all together.
