Although the graphics are not up to WGT standard I have enjoyed playing what is effectively two new courses for me as I refuse to pay to play.

I think a better idea for WGT to consider to get more people playing these, if that is what the idea of making them free for this weekend is, would be to make the charge per day instead of per round, I.E. charge 100 credits for unlimited rounds for a 24 hour period.

Or a weekly tiered tournament on them. Pay your 100cr and have an unlimited play tournament through out the week. Then if you do well on them you might get your credits back or better. Alternate it each week between Cabo & Whistler.

I disagree totally. In life we pay for what we desire. Those that desire to play on those courses have been willing to pay a greens fee. This weekend is a fantastic opportunity for others to have a go at what I consider 2 pretty nice courses. Cabo is fun and scoring happens all over the place. Whistler is strategic  and the greens can be merciless.

I don't see that happening because they have already reduced them by 60% from what they were when Cabo was introduced. They were 100 credits for 9 holes and 150 credits for 18 holes.

I am aware of that and said it in a previous post and agree that it would be highly unlikely to reduce the fees further unless demand dropped significantly.  I tried to find that quote from Chad and also agree that TruGolf wanted to charge for CTTH as well judging by Chads post.

I also agree that they are not the same quality as the exceptional courses WGT offer us, but they are a choice and a nice alternative for the odd change - or play in a weekly tournament or RG and you then have your chance to win your money back.

And Bubba I also agree with you, so I will march into my bank today and demand a box of Mont Blanc pens (I would even take Montegrappa Pens or the funky Conway Stewart pens) - if successful I will distribute them via the forums. If unsuccessful will someone please post my bail :))

lmao - not a nice place to be - not that I could tell, it was so blurred but that's the first time I have seen a chat box in a replay. Either I have been slipped some drinks or I have focus problems today

Thanks but no thanks WGT...... Won't "pay" to play those courses and won't play them FREE either. Spending enough on clubs & balls thank you very much.

Nice jester?? how about a free sleeve of balls for every 10-15 purchased sleeves?

    Just dreaming....
