  Nice to know it was not a problem with my pc.

  I did lodge a bug report but to date have not heard from WGT.

  Thanks everyone for your help.

  Unfortunately every suggested fix did not work so I had to withdraw from the tourney, just to be able to play the game again.

  I have had two losses from this....

  1. I had a great round going & was looking at my PB 18 hole score.

  2. I lost my consecutive days, which was at 221 (I think). Might not seem much to some but I am close to lvl 90 & subsequently the R11 iron set so was counting on the bonus XP to get them before they get moved! And I set myself a goal of 1 year continuous play!

  Anyway, life goes on & I live & learn.

  Oh, and a note to self.....

  DON'T go wide right when going for the green on Kia #16 !!

  WGTIcon, I just checked and the asset is still missing.

  If WGT had fixed it yesterday ozy would not have lost a potential PB and his CDP streak.

  A professional organization would have people on call over weekends and holidays to fix even little problems like this.  Moving a single file up to a server is not a big deal for your IT staff.
