  Notice this morning after the update.....

  1. "hit count" gone from the putter pal...

  2. percentage  scale ( 25, 50 75 numbers ) also gone..

  upgrade.....hmmm

  really? damn.. lmao, god, they have no respect at all
  well, guess they don't want our money so much huh :)

  I'd suggest you either print out your putter scales (search forum) and laminate it.
  or use avatar movement (works good for me). but first demand your money back
  from customer service. I believe they'll refund you for that if you ask.

  SAME SHOTPAL...as far as what's used!

  UNLESS this is just an error that will be corrected:

  I don't care about deleting the actual number's although fail see why.  I do care much about deleting the number of hits! 

  By way of this can WGT please confirm if this is just an error and will be corrected? It will soon be a product I used to buy because without communication what POSSIBLE reason is there to delete the shots used?????????? Cynical would say so some bean counter can tweak a little when budget target looks tight on accessories!!! 

  PLEASE make me take all that back :)

  I submitted a customer support report on this Putter Pal issue. Don't just complain about it here in the message boards. Look at the bottom of the page and find the "Contact" link. Then click on customer support and submit the issue. I hope if they get flooded with reports, it'll be addressed right away.

  I'm guessing it can't be a deliberate change... for if it was, presumably they would have updated their description and image in the Pro Shop, and that hasn't changed.

  I played 3 random holes just to see what it's like not having the 25, 50 and 75% indicators on the putter pal scale. WOW!!! I didn't realize just how much I relied on it until it wasn't there. I sure hope the fine folks at WGT can get this resolved as soon as possible. I've used PP from the very beginning of my playing here and I'm totally reliant on it being there in the manner I was accustomed to seeing it.

   

  I think I'm going to wall post Icon and the Shoe mod as well about it.

  It has really annoyed me that they've removed the hits meter! I've used the contact form below and submitted a bug report from the game window.
