  Even if you disable these things they sometimes come back at an inopportune time. I find it's better to equip a starter ball then just keep touching the ball until it's gone. It's time WGT gave us an opt out option.

  Agree with the 'opt out option'  <faints> , which would obviously be less time consuming.

  Yup, I'm well aware about changing settings to allow certain site cookies etc - not all are though.

  'Opt out option' or the ability to delete it altogether still seems the perfect solution to me.
