    Well, we can all dream can't we?

    I believe there are some new courses coming next year according to the "News" section here.  Might not be all we asked for, but better then nothing.

    I agree with you Ladychipper. I recently wrote an article about adding new courses. I want to add Augusta to your list.

    Not going with just the majors, I would suggest some very fun and challenging courses you might consider adding;

    Dove Mountain, Marana, AZ

    The Links at Coyote Wash, Wellton, AZ

    Fred Enke Golf Course, Tucson, AZ

    Bull Creek Golf Course, Midland, GA

    University Club of Kentucky, Lexington, KY

    I Think I have read that the implementation of a new course is around $250,000 with the cost of rights and development.

    As I said not sure but it seems that what the article said, It was a few years back when I saw it.

    Would suggest one of the most highly regarded courses on the American Tour: Colonial Country Club, Fort Worth, TX

    Please note that virtually none of the truly private clubs will allow WGT to come in and disrupt the club with all the things that have to happen to make it a WGT course.   It is much more likely that they can get a resort type course to do this.  Of course the tie in with the USGA allows them to do the US Open courses.

    I do agree with you, I've played Colonial 5 times, it is a great and highly respected course.

    If we were going to get "Whistling Straits we would have gotten id last year when the PGA was played there. WGT supposedly had an agreement with the PGA of America which is how we got Valhalla year before last. But after 2014 there was nothing with the PGA so that agreement must have fallen through.
