Just for grins tried to upload my 100 by 100 pixel JPG avatar picture.
After browsing for the file, the filename shows as: C:\fakepath\MyAvatar.jpg instead of something like C:\Download\MyAvatar.jpg ... Then even after manually editing the file path, the avatar will not upload.
This issue occurs in the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox.
