Well, I do usually win a few credits in the weekly tourneys - I am not really competitive but I can fairly often get in the top 70, for princely sums of 1.14 credits, 8.35 credits, and so on. Once even placed 3rd. So that has an effect on it as well? I learned my lesson in the Ready Go's a long time ago! Never could even make my money back, although I "won" credits sometimes.

    sweetspott:
500 rounds till my avg stops going up.....dang thats going to take forever.
It's about eight months playing two a day :)

Furtheron, your skills will grow in the meantime, hopefully, causing the average to drop naturally.

And, it does not at all affect your way towards TL. This is because the score history doesn't count in this feat. It's rather and only the existance of 500 good scores forming an average of 60.000 or better. Higher scores are obsolete in this context.

not true, as I said. I have more than 500 rounds as a Legend, and my average still goes up once in a while (though not by a lot).

You said so, but I know no other mentioning of this.

Did you save all your Legend rounds? May I have a look at them?

It may actually be miscalculation from my side... Although I have over 1100 rounds in total, and I've been Legend as long as as all previous tiers put together, it's conceivable that I played less frequently during that time than before...

    Figurant:

    • you need to play at least 5 ranked rounds as hack before reaching Amateur
    • you need to play at least 10 ranked rounds as amateur before reaching Pro
    • you need to play at least 20 ranked rounds as Pro before reaching Tour pro

I just advanced from pro to tour pro with only 32 ranked rounds, which is less than 5+10+20... wonder if its because of the match plays i've been playing a lot?

    Thanks and good luck, Zheng111

Yes, credit wins in tournaments (not Blitz or Skin challenges, AFAIK) and match wins agains higher tiers speed up the process to an undisclosed extent.
