Hi, I need a new set of irons. I am saving my credits for the R11's. Right now I can get the R9's but they have 3 yrds less and 1 dot less forgiveness. now I pretty much suck at this so does that 1 dot of forgiveness make that much of a difference??? or is the 3 yrds extra worth it? I have 705 credits to go for the R11's but I really wanna get away from these starter plus clubs.

    thanx in advance

L59 G20s all day every day.  First high trajectory set and will see you through to Legend and L79 Bladez / L90 R11 irons. Save your credit's until you can IMO!

I agree with Jimbo. Learn those starters and keep doing surveys and videos for more credits. Many people made master with starters. You have a pretty decent set up now for you arsenal.

I agree. G20's are the best buy. Several Legends still use them.

get the level 48 maxs with the forgiveness. the g20's aren't very accurate unless you can ding every shot. the maxes will be on point every time if you know your ranges and can keep it close to the white line on the meter. they should last you till level 80 g20's

I still own mine just for those days when I feel like playing and not chasing the meter with my R11s (balls with feel will slow the meter down on them). Also you can get away with  inexpensive WGT balls with the G20s; I've even use to this day the ones with one dot of spin on them for 10 credits a sleeve.

You will Love them when you get them!

Nothing wrong with the lower level G20s . I played them until upgrading to the higher level G20s . Save your credits , and slow your roll . Take your time and learn the game . You`ll be glad that you did.

there is something wrong with the lower g20's they perform nowhere near as well as the k15's and level 48 maxs. take your time and learn the game, you'll take your word back

wow, no one likes the R11'S? I'm taking into consideration on the G20's but I figured by now at least 1 person would defend the clubs I was asking about.(another reason to consider huh?) I started playing MP games and someone said the faster meter is why peeps didn't like them. personally I can adjust which is good because the upper level clubs seem to have a faster meter as well. either way I got 4 levels to go for G20's and they're not giving away many credits on the vids right now. I'm done with the DL the programs gig.. I have this d@mn cloud-(something) popping up and superantispyware isn't taking it out... gonna hae to DL Malewarebytes again!

This is so far off.  L59s are so ridiculously forgiving it's not funny.  Ding them and they aren't much different than when you don't....so long as you're somewhat close to the ding when you miss.  If you are more than 3mm away, no set will help you imo.

Can't speak of L30ish R11s.  I can tell you the G20s got me WELL into Legend and I could still be competitive with them today if I wanted to.  Puholino went sub-60 with them as a Legend, too.

Get them and sit on them until you are ready to buy better balls or need more stoppage on tougher tracks like Oly, Oak, and Merion.
