I had this problem months ago and following Courtney's advice I switched to this 11,5,502,110 version of flash and have had no further issues.
As for the greyed out pic, don't use provocative pictures, whether they are a good source of gifted balls or not.
I hardly believe that the original picture from my passport could be against any rules.
R U reffering Foreign Passport ? Just asking , if so take a snapshot & downloaded into your Computer & see if that work ?
In denmark we have black/white passport pictures, but the original picture was in colors, its the colored version i used.
You by any chance have Cell Phone / camera , try by taking or scan it the picture of the color pic & downloaded to your computer try that & see if will do it ?
Wont help when i in the first place dont have any "edit picture" or "upload picture" button :(
