  Congrats on making it to the car park. Please take ebs advice to heart. I made it too early to legend around 79 and struggled for the longest time. Like Courteney advised if your not in a CC, join one with a lot of legends that have been around for awhile, their knowledge is how I grew and grew to where my stats look pretty good for a hack legend. Take care and have fun with it , its still just a game.
