Not getting credit for watching videos anymore

  I started out this morning, as I usually do, watching the videos here in order to acquire more Credits.  When I began this morning I had 2,550 credits available to me.  

  After watching four consecutive videos this morning I have - yep you guessed it - 2,550 credits.  In other words I received no credits at all for watching those four videos this morning.............zip..............zilch................nada.  

  These videos were supposed to be worth 18 credits.  No big deal...............but still.............why have these videos on here at all if there is no point to watching them?

  Kelly, thanks for making the post .... I'm having the same issue too.  

  Watched about 6-8 videos and received the same ..... zip .... zilch ..... nada.  I wasn't sure if it was a widespread problem (or something more local).  Hopefully if we get enough people posting to this thread, WGT will take a look, ascertain the issue and correct the problem.

  Yeah, I have the same problem . The social vibe videos , arent paying out today , for some reason . I got burned on 5 of them as well . They must have a bug in their system , as they are usually the best at paying out .

  Had the same thing happen to me over this past weekend. Finally figured out it was my chrome browser not updating it as I watched them. So had to log off then back on and that helped. I also got a pop up message last night for a new version of chrome flash. Seems mine was out dated. For now this new version has a smooth meter and I did not see any issues with Pepper flash in it as well.

  Same thing for me. Figure they owe me 25 credits or so, at least.

  How can I get into a field where I can download this version of adobe to my pepper Chrome browser?

  I tried adobe, it is mentioned there but there is nowhere to download it.

  I watched a bunch last night and no credits, then the credits all showed up this morning.

  I've been experiencing the same thing with Social Vibe videos since the most recent WGT update. I watch (yes, I actually watch them), let's say, videos worth 60 credits; I receive 20 credits. This has been a consistent issue across 5 different browsers. All browsers are running the latest Flash version, caches are cleared daily, yada, yada, yada,

  I have noticed that sometimes when I log in the next day some of the credits due me have been awarded. This suggests that, whereas previously video credits had been awarded immediately, there is now a significant delay for some reason.

  I continue to be appreciative that WGT offers players ways to accumulate credits via videos & surveys.

  However, watching videos is not free to me in that my time is expended. Having my time wasted in this way leaves me feeling rather disgusted. The bottom line is that this bug is yet one more reason for me to do something else with my free time. 

  Hopefully one of the forum moderators will read this thread, respond, investigate, and provide us with resolution. Thank you in advance!
