  If I pay for balls. I don't think its fair that you take a persons ball out of play during a game, and with out having any more extras to play with you give the junk balls that don't react  for back spins or it just rolls off the green. I am done playing this *** its not fair to take something that was bought and you take it away that's not fair you guys just want to take our money. so in regards *** you

  Balls' life is limited to 90 - 125 strokes, and there are no playing options in this game, including no "choose your next ball" option.

  This in mind, I understand you saying "I didn't care for enough balls before the game, and I ignored the notice to buy in-game. This gives me any right to complain missing fairness!"

  BTW: WGT is your contractor, not a sport opponent. Complain if they break the contract - "fairness" is none of it's terms.

  When did WGT decide NOT to caution players that they were on their last ball of type ????

  Playing in a cc tournament:- Hole #1 2nd shot and my ball life expired. WGT tells me it is replacing the ball. OK, I figured, NO WARNING so I've got at least one ball left. HaHa, second shot on #2, missed ding and into the water = STARTER BALLS - lmao.

  Ooooooops. I don't WD games and, thanks to WGT, I managed to get my worst score in 6 months - Thanks.

  Question answered... after the game, I went to the Pro Shop to buy new balls and, although I can view everything, I cannot purchase the new Cally L35 Hex balls (or any other for that matter) !

  My irony may have been unjustified - excuse me.

  There is a "last ball" notice immediately after the "new ball" notice, but with the current disorder of the Pro Shop your fate may have hit you unexpecting: The Hex balls are currently not in display.

  Currently only the Callaways are not avilable to purchase per their "downtime" last night. When playing in game and you have two balls left, and you lose one, the game gives you the option to purchase additional balls knowing your on your last one. If you choose to not purchase balls at that time and lose your last one then you get "no name" balls to play with for the rest of your holes or that game. If you only have one ball before the game starts and you lose it, your screwed with only that ball for the duration of your game, so therefore, you would have needed to purchase additional balls before you started that game (if you only have one ball prior to starting).

  The Hex Callies are back!

  On start of a game with one ball the notice "buy in-game" will appear, at least as long as this ball is available to the player.
