Help to change Billing info

  Question to WGTAdmin

  Could anyone please tell me how I can change my account billing info. I've changed my postal address but the billing one only seems to let me change it if I buy credits??

  Am I missing something obvious here ???

  Any help would be greatly appreciated

  You only need to change your billing address if you are making a purchase, so the next time you do, you can change it then.

  I want to permanently change my billing address.  How do you do that?

  If on PC, you go to "MY ACCOUNT" from the scroll down menu, next to player name on the left side of the screen. From there, you can change your billing address.

  If you are on mobile, you can still go online to WGT.COM, sign in and access MY ACCOUNT the same way as above.

  Nope. Doesn't work. Still no area to change the billing info unless you're making a purchase. I don't want to have to keep changing it every time I make a purchase. It's annoying.

  Surely, if you change your billing address when you make a purchase, your new address will be there for all future purchases until you change it again, won't it?

  Nope again. I've made at least 6 purchases for credits over the last month and EACH TIME I have had to put in the new address. Every. Single. Time.

  Now, one would be hauled off to the PC PO PO, & jailed for such lunacy
