Through offers and gameplay I now have almost 3000 credits in my account and am looking for a relatively cheap upgrade to help me make more greens in regulation.  I'm tossing up between the mid-level G10's and Rocketballz.  On paper, the G10's are cheaper and more precise, but the Rocketballz have better spin and are more forgiving.  I don't mind having to deal with a faster meter: I'll get used to it.

Can anyone who's played one, or better, both, of these club sets tell me if the Rocketballz worth the extra 500 or so credits?  Or are the G10's actually better in practice?

PS: If I do decide to buy the G10's, is a lvl 19 Spider putter worth getting also, or should I save up for the lvl 35 Spider Ghost or lvl 55 Daytona?

L59 G20s ALL day every day. First high trajectory set and will see you into Legend and the L79 Bladez. If you can wait for those I would say well worth it as the longevity will be cheaper in the long run.

3 evenly spaced wedges also (level 40s pings excellent value until the real high level ones come in to play). Some savings here may help toward the irons.

Level 19 spider should be avoided at all costs - not as good as starter most will tell you.

Ghosts are more for ding style and the Rossa more miss ding.  Both are excellent putters with the Rossa possibly more able to cut it at very high tiers.  Personally I would take the Rossa. The starter putter is OK at a stretch for a while (probably the best of the starter set)

Really?  I'm still over 1,500 credits away from the G20's + wedges, and I'm starting to get sick of this credit grind...

Can do it cheaper and get away with that on master tees.  The G20s have better attributes as stated, will have a longer shelf life.......

Check some of the offers. I found with a lot of betting sites all I had to do was join and make a deposit. You don't even have to bet. You can just deposit and withdraw it immediately. I got nearly 6k credits from William Hill Sports, all I had to do was deposit £10 and bet. You can bet in play - so it's very easy to make a bet you won't lose on.

The G20s are superb if you can wait for them. They got me from Master to legend in just a few weeks.

Of the 2 sets you have mentioned  (assuming you are talking about the lvl 26 & 35 clubs), I would say the Rocketballs all day long. With the precision and spin you won't really notice a big difference on the G10s but you will in terms of forgiveness.

The first upgrade I got was the full R11 set and hit Master almost immediately with them. However, if I was doing it again, I would prob go for the K15 instead. A lot of people are put off by the lack of precision but when I rented them I found it easier to hit consistently under par.

I have never used the Spider but I have seen some other ppl also say it's worthless. I went with the Ghost Spider and loved it tbh. Did me very well until level 77 and suited my putting style which is more ding style.

Ok, I'll try to tough it out until I have 4,000 credits.  It should give me a chance to improve my lacklustre scrambling skills in the meantime...

if you're going to get the g20's just get the max irons, they react the same with precision and forgiveness cancelling out, but the max irons are much more accurate off the ding.

Go with the level 47/48 max irons with the forgiveness if you want to consistently be a great player
