1. Sorry, but I don't know the answer here.
2. My personal opinion is that the most important aspect of your wedge is the trajectory. You'll want a club that can throw the ball up high in the air so it can land softly to minimize, if not eliminate altogether, the 'roll out.' At your current level, I believe your best options are the Cleveland 64° wedge paired with a Cleveland 60° wedge. I have both of these clubs in my bag right now, and even with my starter balls I can regularly stop them on the greens with minimal roll. If there is a strong tailwind there tends to be more of a roll out, but with a little practice it becomes manageable.
Your other option is to wait until you reach level 42, and unlock the Ping 60° and 64° wedges. These clubs will offer you the same distance as the Cleveland CG16s; however their trajectory is listed as Med/High, where as on the Clevelands it is just High trajectory. I'm not sure just how much of an impact that might or might not have on the performance of the Pings compared to the Clevelands. Since I've never used the Pings myself I can't really comment on them, so you may want to hear more opinions before making a final decision.
