  I have been a legend and struggling for along time because WGT does not allow me to get the equipment I need to hit from the tees i hit from because i became a legend at a lower level. And now they are taking away the driver that would have been nice to of had oh i dont know like when i turned a legend!! This is bull***t and not fair to us legends ! When you become a so called legend you should have the option to buy what ever you need to compete no fun playing a tour master with better equipment then you hitting from shorter tees! Anyway i dont normally post anything but tired of the WGT bull***t!!!!!

  FWIW, i agree that there should be more choices available to Legend + players above lvl 90 ..  there are untold many threads addressing this issue .. new clubs coming out soon according to the mods .. where they'll land lvl wise remains to be seen ..

  u could always try the lvl88 R11 D .. i often out drive guys with R11s and sometimes even the R1 .. gotta be close to ding though cause she's an unforgiving mistress  ..

  l used the same driver you did the G20 and that took me to Legend and l coped pretty well IMO.

  I then purchased the R11 and was one of the lucky ones, l was aiming for the R11s at level 94 when they introduced the R1 and just happened to already be a quarter of the way into 93 so l was eligible for that.

  Nothing wrong with the R11 driver but as Chris says, gotta be near the ding, Just a thought, instead of the Bladez irons which l also had maybe you should consider the R11 irons.

  Who knows, update this week sometime, so who knows what they have planned?

  My GF took a lot of abuse but refused to level up till the R11s were available  (on my advice)....pathetic WGT....

  And STILL won't become a member of Nation because after spending $700+ ...not until L90 was she invited to ! ..pathetic WGT...

  Instead of spending all of your time playing A/S , and M/P , you should have been playing stroke play rounds . Its always the same story , players always want to play for credits , and then get booted up , for doing so . Then complain , about what they dont have , as far as clubs go . Even though it bites , the lesson to be learned , is to pay as much attention to your levels , as to your tiers.

  Agree in general Lonnie BUT...what about the ppl who could've have ripped it up in the RGs and MPC with MY knowledge but didn't..?

  And had to piss around for 8 levels before they thought it was worth tiering up ?

  (all the while spending $6 a sleeve)

  Few and far between I know but..why do the innocents always get punished ?

  In a roundabout way why I didn't play for 3 months !

  'you may be able to tell I have an axe to grind'....many who read this will know to what I refer,,however I've made my peace with many in that CC and here on the Forum....

  No need to re-open old wounds....

  +1 also..............It will allow (dinged or close) very satisfactory stroke play. Long in the tooth as it is with what comes after I put up with it as for stroke play it does the job.  For MP and A/S it takes some fun away IMO when the opponent has better.  Moreover, For MP I prefer having the advantage of being farther down the Fway FWIW.  Even under the old system you could get to Legend well before L90 and TL not much after.  First chance to shove it in the recycle bin I got I did, and miss it NOT.

  I can only surmise that someone in WGT had a great idea that they needed growth.  Using my crystal balls (hard to walk with) I suggest some one put a model out that measured growth by new custom only. This model will be as good for WGT as the comparable growth model (short-termism) was for the once mighty, now defunct, Lehman Brothers before the GFC.   WGT please wake up to this!

  For all the reasons stated this thread and many other's the system is now old and needs a shake up.  Or of course maybe greater minds will continue the current model, and it may work for them? Can't see it it but.........

  You funny...mercy, the R11 is a fine driver....looking at your TM scores...a R1 on 'Roids wouldn't help ya much...learn what ya have, many players here have shot sub 60's with the R11 from the tips, I can attest to that;)

  I was level 87 or 88 when I made legend, the hard way, same story, was not able to compete till level 91 and the r11 irons. Now I'm just out gunned on the tee by a few yards.

  But, hey it is what it is, and just like seniority complaints in the workplace, I to will be at a level where any equipment advantage evaporates against me eventually. patience patience.
