For a while I have been applying extra hours to get to level 93 and enjoy 287 yards R1.

I doubt I am going to get remaining 11 levels in 48 hours, even if i tried very very hard.

I am wandering if there will be similar driver added in about the same level range or should I just keep dreaming and move my 287 driver date from "by Christmas" to  "who knows if ever".

I recommend you continue playing. We cannot reveal any exact details on future limited edition clubs but, we definitely have new clubs coming soon.

they might roll out the SLDR like the nike driver (3 in 1)
and I bet it will kick ass just to piss off all those who
worked their butts off to get the R1...they love doing that,
just like they did to 98ers when they rolled out 93 R1

they love doing that sht, spin you on their little
pro shop hamster wheel like a lab rat,
and then make it all be for nothing

Is it all R1's going away? I thought it was just the limited edition black one.

LMAO - well if you said otherwise you would be turfed out like a cold slice of Pizza.

And yes there will be more clubs coming out, probably better or at least nearly as good - the revenue generated from this release made perfect business sense, as do most club releases.

The downside is the game gets easier and easier and there is no way of pulling in the reins except to vamp up manipulation. So perfect business sense may be only if you look at short/medium term goals.

But does that matter as the new players coming on board far outweigh the established players leaving - perhaps that is part of the business modelas well.

WGT have created the nice little money earning pocket of low level Legends, I place my money on new clubs arriving in the pocket created , level 75 to level 89...... not quite the top clubs , but near as damn there . little less forgiving than the R11's but always leaving the next option to buy again when reaching 90's ........ they been true to form so far , why not now?

Also have a funny feeling TaylorMade pay just that little extra to remain top of the pile, isn't there a new driver out now by them ?

After all , someone pays for Icons vacations ;-)
