Lol,,,really? Wind in face on every hole. 25mph, 19mph, 31mph...etc. Thanks WGT, lesson learned there.

Will not be entering anymore of those. I guess that game wasn't my turn,,,no worries won't be getting fleeced on that setup anymore.

    Thanks again WGT

Yup,, players that get good wind set win the money. Not playing anymore of those, because i'm not one of those players that get good wind sets mate.

I never ever get a good wind set on any tourney. This par 5 deal depends heavy on wind set.

No biggie, learned good lesson. Sometimes that is needed.

    :)

I hear you, Gerald.  Was just about to post the same thing.  I've played an 18 hole and 2 9 hole par 5 best of's, and I don't think the wind helped me one time in 36 holes... not once.  I wish WGT set the conditions the same for everyone, because this seems to happen to me often.  I"m also someone who plays RG's regularly, so the cynic in me says that WGT knows this and gives me nothing, while it sucks in the new players and gives them a chance.

I will be taking a break from the RG's for awhile.  Kinda ridiculous!

I get that also.  But have tailwind on the par 3's.  For some reason that doesn't seem to be like real life.

Lol..all good, I guess it does sound kinda arrogant..but even if you can get some side winds instead of head winds on many holes...you have a shot at an eagle putt.

Took a break from this one for awhile, and figured I'd give it a go... first hole, 19 MPH wind against... next hole, 21 MPH wind against... next hole, 31 MPH wind against... WD.. eff you, wgt...  I'll try again in a month or so, I guess...

Yep, a couple of weeks ago I was excited to find a tiered low wind par 5 RG. played it as much as i could, loved it, it filled fast, play was fun, but unfortunately only managed 3 of them and boom it was gone from the list. I'm under equipped to even attempt the all player high wind option available.

Today you might get wind in the face and struggle, but play tomorrow and because you did poorly the previous day, wgt gives you favorable winds and a helping hand
