  He probably won't get the HIO but he will probably get the ball replaced. Had one similar to that some time ago, and that is all they would do.  I don't think they can go back and do anything with the shot results, but you never know!

  Yes ... I believe they have replaced some balls. Can't hurt to try.

  What I want to know is how the heck the ball curved BACK after reaching the top of the arc - I have never seen that happen
