My Change My Appearance Doesn't Work

  Ever since I've started playing, I've tried to use the Change My Appearance under Avatars, and the only thing that it's done is have a blank white box pop up & nothing loads. I've even gotten credits & bought a new Avatar & it still does the same thing. Anyone know why? Actually every tab that would have an "interface" come up it's the same thing. Just a blank white box...HELP Please!

  It looks like you're trying to change your avatar from the playing screen . . . could be a bug there.

  Try it from your profile page. You'll see 5 buttons marked Awards, Stats, Appearance, Equipment and Score History.

  Click on Appearance and you should be able to change it from there.

  correct. make sure you restart the game by closing current one out and clicking play now again.
