Could someone please tell me what these flags mean? And how does one have this "honor/privilege"? Is there a certain level or status you have to obtain.. or do you have to pay for them? I have seen people with all different ranks... so I was wondering.

The flag indicates the player is a member of the WGT Nation. If you click on the "FAQ Home" tab over there on the right ----------------------->
you'll find the description and details under "WGT Nation".
