having been through the same process, and being a Yorkshireman, don't waste a lot of money buying new clubs, unless you are flush, a good cheap upgrade for irons, are the zebra, @300 credits, match your wedges to suit, I think the Pings at 110 credits, are well suited, the best upgrades from my experience, are 1) a decent putter, the spyder @ 400 credits , and 2) a driver, unfortunately at level 37 your options are limited, the 250 credit wgt driver is as good as they come, until you reach master, then you need something longer from the tee, the meter speed is a bit fast but paired with the right balls, it's quite manageable, these are just personal opinions, and some players will disagree, but even if you don't like these clubs, you have not broken the bank, as for how long it takes to adjust to new clubs, again it's down to the individual, but 3 or 4 games should give you an idea as to suitability, hope this helps, happy golfing.
