I am with both Mantis and Alcaucin regarding this. Distance is of no issue with me except when it goes too far. My ATV wedges provide ideal spin but not too much spin. Everthing else seems just right for me. Also, as already stated, the slower meter allows for better cherry picking when purposely hitting early or late. I have some of the highest rated hex vapor balls and can't wait until they are all gone. For my reflexes, the Max is best for me.
