   One of the tournament favorites (ALLYKENNEDY) safely through to stage 2 in group 1, Meanwhile a head to head battle sees DEMCUG playing ADEYPA for the 2nd berth...Demcug in already with a super score of 27 , putting the pressure on !!!

  Heartbreak for AJbred who got pushed out of the top 2 by Tamsach in the final weeks match

  You may want to revisit the week 7 scores.

  The tournament leaderboard shows AJbred and QPutts both shooting 28, however the table from the 1st page of this thread shows QPutts winning with a 27 vs. AJ's 28.

  I think the correct scores will leave AJ and Tamsach tied on 16 pts each...

  Well spotted Jerm.....

  All this means that  AJBRED goes through having shot a lower combined 7 round total..unlucky Tamsach, a good battle  all the way in this group !!

  First off, I had a great time competing & raising my blood pressure every round, to bad I couldn't take advantage of the closer tees & continue on, but still a most enjoyable tourney.....second I want to thank SPIN01/Stu for scoring our group (2) who went out of his way to remind us/me that our rounds still had to be played when there were only a couple days left, thanks again bud for taking some of your personal time in doing this........and lastly I want to extend a HUGE thanks to Continental/Stu (I hope it's Stu..lol), & his large group of volunteers who helped organize & score for the tournament....all I can say is.....golf clap..golf clap..golf clap!!!!

  Good luck to all you amazing golfers who are going onward, & many thanks!!!

  Outstanding final for Group 4.

  I do not care how will be close, got good time and company with my tour pards.

  Send my congratulations to Salt and his 7 victory in a row. Also want to give my thanks to the community organization and WGT to make this tournament possible. And final, good luck to all the countenders for the final stages.

  Hi Tamsach just to clear things up for you,if both players have the same points then the total number of shots posted for all 7 rounds come into play.Unfortunately for you Ajbred shot a total of 204 for 7 rounds whilst you shot a total of 215 for the 7 rounds.But a valiant effort all the same Tam unlike me who just well never turned up lol.

  Ok as it stands group 7 in round 1 of this Tournament the 2 qualifying places have been decided,congratulations to Sarak and Jacko1972.Only thing that remains in that group is wether Lisa03 can halt Sarak from recording 7 str8 wins? I'd also like to give a mention to Deanoxxx7 who rallied to come 3rd and was only beaten on countback,tieing Jacko's score of 15.

   Group 8 is far more interesting as Lookingforballs has now qualified,it's just a case of wether he wins it or comes 2nd.The tie of the round has to be Abluebear versus Bradwiz,as currently Abluebear is on 13 points with Bradwiz on 12 points.A win for Bradwiz would see him qualify leaving Abluebear coming in 3rd after leading the group going into week 7,so it's finely balanced.Gl guys and shoot low.

  On a sidenote players in my group will have noticed i have Steviejar and xxblueeyesxx as not played for week 7.I have taken the decision to do this for the last week already  as i didn't want them to suddenly play the last round and affect the standings as they haven't posted a score for the previous 4 weeks,so i wanted to remain fair for everyone.

  Cheers for keeping the scores etc up to date Russ especially now that you have joined the working class and i know you been a busy man and working hard lol .... As for group 8 yeah looks a real tight one, but looking at the group surely if Brad wins that leaves him winning the group and Abluebar on 13 points, that leaves Lookingforballs in 3rd on 12 points... I might be wrong but just thought i would mention it ass you did say that lookingforballs has already qualified but he is only on 12.. Anyways what ever the outcome good luck to both players that still have to play and then to all qualifiers from all groups

  No probs m8,but oi you cheeky oik i know my job lol,if you had cared to look at who lookingforballs was playing in the last round,you'd of noticed he has a bye because blueeyes hasn't played last 4 rounds as explained in my earlier post.

   As for me working i think i need a holiday already lmao takes it out of you not really doing a lot hehe,but i'm working all weekend so probably ill have to drive a car to some part of the Country.You just better not hope it's in Bournemouth or i'll be paying you a visit with my 9 iron :)

  Not a problem although it's not my group to score you will see that Plim has updated the table correctly on page 1 of this thread.

  Hope this helps as it confused me when i 1st looked at it lol.
