Still unable to buy new balls.

  For a couple of weeks now, I have been trying to buy the new Nike 20XI 85+ Vapor balls for 600 credits.  I get to the page to buy, click on the buy button and get sent immediately to the "Play Now" screen without getting my purchase.  Yes, I have plenty of credits, yes I am ALMOST Level 86.  Yes, I cleared my browser cache and have cookies enabled, and NO I will not load a new browser.  I have been using IE 10 and have had no problems purchasing before now.  I CAN still purchase my existing balls during play when I get down to the last one, but really wanted to try the new ones.  My brother is using the same system I am, and he has no issues. Can someone help me?

  IE does have the most problems with the Pro Shop. Just saying.

  hi

  it has something to do with your browser... I am not sure what (since you cleaned it up). can you tryh other browsers? I am sure it'll work just fine.

  You could try resetting IE to its default settings BamBam:

  We can't help you if you refuse to take our advice. IE has many problems here and many other sites as well. There are many many better browsers for playing WGT but if you refuse use a different browser you will always have quite a few issues here.
