Yes it is on their end I have no "Play Now" button and it says I am not logged in but I am. Cannot play at this time

I was going to do it earlier but I fell asleep.
The servers weren't down but our provider had some technical issues, so if you were in game, you were ok, but you just couldn't connect from the outside world.
